What to Expect on Your Tour
1. As close to a wedding experience as possible. We take extra care and time to set the stage! Our team arrives an hour in advance to create an atmosphere similar to what you would expect on your big day. (If you need to reschedule or cancel your tour, please give us a minimum 1 hour notice).

2. A thorough walk of the property and consultation. Your guided tour is a complete experience that you should expect to last 45 minutes to 1 hour. You will see all areas of the property and the unique features that are offered including space for lounging & getting ready, ceremony locations, cocktail hour, reception and rain contingency.

The majority of your questions will be answered during the tour. However, there will be a moment for Q&A at the conclusion.

We understand that making a decision on reserving the venue may involve several people. We ask that you bring everyone involved in the decision making process to experience the tour. If needed, we are more than happy to offer second tour for $50. If you book your date on the second tour, the $50 will be applied to the cost of your first payment.

3. Reserving Your Date. Awesome! You love everything about the property and are ready to book...what comes next? We use a digital platform called HoneyBook to secure all of the details. An electronic agreement will be signed and e-mailed to you. The first payment will be 25% of the collection or custom design that you choose. This payment can be made by check, cash, Venmo or CashApp.
